Overview

He works a job he hates in a town he can’t stand. His best friend is a beat-up jukebox he calls Ted and his only other companion is Dave, a dim-witted giant who tries to convince Adam to start a cult. Adam must figure out if he is the only one in Cuyahoga who sees The Truth (or whether he’s truly out of his mind) while fighting off an army of Meme Zombies and the hypnotic gyrations of Yum-Yum LollyPOP! and her minions.

About the Author

Carl King is a writer, director, and animator living in The Imaginary City of Los Angeles. Under the names Sir Millard Mulch and Dr. Zoltan Øbelisk, he has done music career things with Marco Minnemann, Virgil Donati, Nick D’Virgilio, Morgan Agren, Paul Mazurkiewics, Trey Spruance of Mr. Bungle, Steve Vai’s Favored Nations, Eman Laerton, Dave Meros, Nils Frykdahl, Lale Larson, Larry Boothroyd, Will Maier, and Devin Townsend. His solo records have been reviewed in Modern Drummer, DRUM!, Kerrang, and Decibel Magazine. He’s taking a long and indefinite break from music, and has no plans to play again.
