Great characters and story, and the themes of father and son relationships, both human and Cyclopean, worked on so many levels. I especially loved the Cyclopean world and the Cyclopean characters. They were rich in layers of complexity. A grand adventure and an original science fiction work, outstanding, Mr. Womack!

An exciting science fiction thriller within a story that draws you into the world of the many well-written characters! I especially enjoyed the aliens, those both evil and heroic, and discovering their world, motivations, and culture. The many father-son relationships within the story and how that drove many of the various characters was fascinating and original!
