    Not just smoked recipes

I was pleasantly surprised to see recipees for the grill and fryer. So glad to see that it is not just a new version of the same old recipees we have seen time and time again. The bacon burger dogs were awesome. Not everyday fare but great for special occassions.

    1st nook book purchase

…and quite impressed with the buying process as well as the layout while reading! I made sure to keep the publisher's layout default on; I'm sure it will flow nicely if I need to toggle a different lettering size or page color. I recently purchased the Masterbuilt smoker (of which the cookbook author is also C.E.O.) and am looking forward to build my repertoire of smoking and utilizing said electric smoker!
