    Difficult to read on the Nook

    I think this could be a great book, but not for the Nook. It is hard to read with small print and poor quality photographs.

    really great recipes and instructions!

    I use these methods for all of my bread making now. Reliable tasty and fun, and it is easy to prop the nook on the counter while baking.
