I read the book 'Woman Who Love Too Much' many times and now find myself going back to the drawing board. The book is very inspiring and has helped me recognize more about who I am and how to learn to love in a more healthy way oppose to unhealthy. Highly recommended if you constantly have repeated break-up patterns...

I love this book. Every time i crack it open, i'll find a gentle reminder. i believe the daily practice of mindful introspection opens one up to receiving more of same from other sources. a film i recently saw contains one line that sums up it's essence and what is essential to learn from this book: "we accept the love we think we deserve." my intention to carry these words with me throughout my day will hopefully result in enough of a shift in how i treat myself that people will again remark "you really treat yourself well", and this time i will not shrink back in embarrassment because i secretly believe i do not deserve it. although anyone who would make that kind of remark is uncouth to begin with, yet my former response is what i'm concerned with here. men attempt to control women via these stupid comments and sadly, women do this to each other. we need to start a movement against this sort of thing. one step at a time. one assertion at a time.

I have a few daily meditation books that are invaluable. I heard this book was like that. But it isn't nearly as useful, inspiring, or motivating. The book by the same name is wonderful, though. If looking for a good daily meditation book, I would recommend Language of Letting Go. It has served me well for many years.
