    Not meant for an American cook

    The title refected my family's allergy situation, so I thought that this cookbook would be great. Very disappointed. The food is for a British family. What is '150g of digestive biscuits' or '250ml Fruits of the Forest soya yoghurt'? The oven temp is shown as '180C/375F/Gas Mark 5', so I can understand that. The "Useful information" section at the beginning of the book is the only part of the book that was ok for me. No photos at all, except for the cute girl on the cover. And the quality of the book is also bad, several pages were not attached to the spine and fell-out as I turned the pages.
