Daisy Madigan's Paradise is a lovely dance between ghosts and outcasts (and maybe the occasional werewolf). Deftly orchestrated by author Suzy Turner, I was thoroughly charmed by the British-isms, a boy named Jack and the graveyard setting. Perfect summer read for fans of a slightly Tim Burton skewed Vampire Diaries.

A 185 page free well-written teenage paranormal novella of an abandoned young girl who resides in her favorite spot.....the cemetary. Story has wild plot features but provides few amswers. An excerpt for the Ghost of Josiah.........also provided.

This book made no sence to me. The idea behind it was great but i kept waiting for the climax or for something to happen, but the main character just kept dodging all conflict. At the end of the book the reader still didn't know what was going on. It never explined what she was or what her tatoo meant. Why is she so strong and fast and can her dad see ghosts too? I guess we'll never know because the book ended before anything was explined or even before anything happened with that gang of bad guys. I guess we'll just never know who they were or what they were up to or how they can effect the memories of a ghost. None of it was explained which, i suppose means that it was not important to the story. So i'm glad that all the unimportant sutff was just thrown in there for no apparent reason. So other than the fact that appsolutly nothing happened in the, meaning there was litteraly no actual conflict, and nothing at all was explained and in the end the main character just heads off with a group of random teenagers without resolving any of her problems or figuring out what she is, all of which made the entire book completely and totally pointless, it was fantastic.

A muscular man walks in with a knife, a glock 17, a 44 Magnum, and a AK-47 slung over his shoulder(it was the only other gun l could think of.) So this is a suicide squad. Do we actually comite suicide or something.
