Overview

New York Times & USA Today Bestseller!

Life sucks. And, as soon as Sidney picks up the pieces something always knocks her back onto her butt. It's never pretty, but this time is different. This time pretty isn't even the right word.

Peter is the personification of perfection. It's like he fell off his angel perch in purgatory, because let's face it--any guy that hot has got to be naughty. He was probably sent here to ruin her life.

Peter is beyond beautiful with his sexy blue eyes, dark hair, and toned body. Add in his charming wit and Peter is everything Sidney ever wanted in a man, but when things get hot and heavy Peter shows her the door. Sidney takes the walk of shame and leaves. It's the end of the worst blind date ever. Her life couldn't possibly reach higher levels of suckage, but it does.

The next morning everything comes crashing down. The insanely hot guy from last night, the one that saw her half naked, is teaching at the front of the class room.

Another series book with under 200pgs. So sick & tired of not being able to finish a book properly with out having to wait months for part 2.
It's a good story but save your money.

    Loved the topic

Sick and tired of these hang in novels! Ya the story is great but waiting for 2-5 sequals I may be done with this author! Waste of time and money! Do yourself a favor when u read hm ward, either wait til series finished, or find a new author! Rather pay more to have complete novel than waiting months or a year for another bit!

    Good read, just unfinished.

A little dissappointed with yet another book with a cliffhanger that leaves the reader waiting for months to find out how the story unfolds. The story is good but the heroine is sometimes hard to like. She has very good reasons for being emotional, however the author often made her wallow in it to the point of overkill.

I liked the story and wish it would have went to completion. I don't know that I will even be interested in following up on the story in a few months from now.

    Holy hot for teacher!

Damaged is about a young girl who is, well, damaged. She's got a dark past that has closed her off emotionally and physically to all men. That is, until she goes on a blind date and meets Peter. She's instantly comfortable with Peter and finds herself wanting to kiss him, touch him, be close to him.

    “Are you always this irresistible?”
“Are you always this coy? Do you just flirt, leaving your lips way too close to a man that desperately wants to kiss you?”

Their night progresses and she finds herself straddling him on his couch when he suddenly puts on the brakes and sends her packing. Confusing and sad, she goes home.

The next morning, when she arrives at school, she finds out that the teacher she TA's for passed away and she has a new teacher to work for. When she walks into the classroom, she spots HIM.

    Peter’s the replacement professor.
    Peter’s a teacher.
    Peter’s my boss.

Their relationship becomes, complicated as they attempt to ignore their feelings and attempt to keep their relationship professional, all while secrets are exposed between them.

I devoured this story. Ate it right up. It's one of those stories that you keep telling yourself, just one more chapter.

    SIMPLY AMAZING!

I absolutely loved, loved, loved this book! I really didn't know what to expect but at times I was laughing so hard out loud one minute then crying the next. The emotional intencity of this story is amazing. You can actually feel love that Peter and Tabby have for each other. Its just ashame that both of their pasts was so horrific that it hold them back. I can't wait for Damaged 2 to find out what happens. I can't say enough how much I enjoyed this book.Just read it you won't be disappointed.

The best thing about this book is the cover

The story was ok at best. There were so many typos, even the main character's name was spelled differently at the beginning. It seemed like it was never edited. It honestly had me wondering if a high schooler wrote it. I'm really not very critical of books, but this was just a waste of money.

    Short teaser

Only 174 pages of a far fetched romance. Seriously what Prof Student romance was ever taboo to the point it keeps lovers apart. There are more unlikely and farfetched scenarios. Dont waste your money on this one. Shocked it was rated so high

    Amazing!

Wow! I really don't know what exactly drew me to this book but it was the best book I've ever read. The love between the characters is so amazing, and there was actually a lot of action. I wish it would have been longer but I absolutely can't wait to read the sequel.

Boring. The writing is atrociously immature and repetitive. It only sparks a little at the end and then the author leaves you hanging for a second book that I cannot stomach to read. It wasn't even worth the $0.99 cost.

The premise here is great. But the writing is quite juvenile. It does get a bit better by the end, but you will feel like you are reading it from a high schooler point of view. Really - it's that weak. I really hope that Ward can continue to improve because the story itself is a great plot.
