This book is divided up into different sections regarding different sections of the body. I had weak ankles, and this book provided a ton of excersises that helped me overcome that weakness. It included so much useful information, that I began to feel like a stronger dancer after less than a month of following excersises layed out within the book. The book is not particularly a page turner, but if you have a few specific problems, it will help you out a lot in the long run.
