Overview

Defrocked Hindu love god seeks virgin amnesiac runaway bride!
Sent to Los Angeles by her Delhi family when she was only nine, Rathi grows up into a prim, virginal overachiever. Now she's a lonely, workaholic attorney in a high-power women's rights firm in Chicago. Having coffee with the mailroom boy would be a career-limiting move.
Kamadeva, once the Hindu god of lusty love, has never forgotten his long lost wife. She stomped out after he got demoted via flamethrower by an angry Shiva. After 500 years as a demon, he finally finds her! But Rathi has reincarnated so often that she doesn't remember Kama. Now she can't find her love button with both hands. And he's still the happy-go-lucky idiot she left.
Can he revive her goddess memories before Shiva's rage fries him to a crisp...again? And will she still want to dance with her underachiever cupid?

Dancing with Cupid is a fanciful comedy, light and fluffy fun, a good beach read.

This book is delightful - funny, a little racy in places (but in a good way!), quirky, a little romantic and definitely worth the read. It's a quick read, and despite some philosophical moments it's not heavy; would definitely make a great beach read. I hadn't read the previous books and didn't feel like that made a difference I really enjoyed this one anyway. The main characters are funny and unique and the setting works. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes a funny, four stars

He must bed down lots of women just to remain alive, and by lots of women. He loves 'em, then leaves 'em behind. She's a lawyer, whose firm handles harassment cases. They have a problem. She doesn't remember who he is or that she's a goddess. If she doesn't find her inner goddess soon, being with Kamadeva could burn her alive or drive her insane. Includes a madcap bout with Shiva, jealousy from a ... cult that worships Kamadeva ... and parrots who turn into hot men. A good beach read. five stars
Amazon - Cheryl Montgomery-Nolan
Dancing with Cupid is a delightful story about Kamadeva - a 6,000 year old Love God, and Raathi Rani - and the unmistakeable chemistry between them. This book is very ... sensuous ... There is some very funny dialogue, "male chauvinist oinkery" and "horizontal liberating" are two of my favorites. four stars
