If only I was young again; thank goodness I'm still young at heart!

Danger in Redwich Village is a joy to read - definitely one to keep young readers on the edge of their seats!

There is lots of action in this book with our 2 young heroes gallantly trying to save the city of Old York but getting themselves into deeper trouble.
How will they get out of this latest scenario .... the suspense is building....

A very good read for beginner readers - though they may need some help as there are some tricky words dotted through the story.

A joy for parents, teachers, carers, to read to children - as the older reader each time will get more out of it - not a repetitive grind like most books as there are so many layers for different age brackets.

The author once again has humorously juxtaposed 'times of old' with contemporary times seamlessly throughout the story, which is hilariously backed up in the illustrations by Mike Zarb. Lots of scope for future conversations!

Well done to Robin Gold and Mike Zarb - keep the stories coming, as they are refreshingly witty and fun - storylines very much needed for this age bracket.

Finally, a childrens' series to complement their intelligence instead of insulting it!

This latest in the "Belmont & the Dragon" series continues to provide entertainment and education for grade school readers that seems to be sadly lacking in most other offerings. It fills the apparent vacuum between toddlers and tweenies, with a combination of colorful illustrations, the right amount of text and pitched at the right level.

The dialog is layered so that each reader can "get" the most from it - and even as an adult I find it amusing to read thru.

Do your kids, nieces, nephews, pupils etc a favor - buy them one or all of this series!
