    Fill your body with the right nutrients and live a healthy fit life. 
    In short, I felt this was a wonderful cookbook that is filled with delicious recipes that in essence only take about 20 minutes to complete. I am constantly on the go and have two little (age 3) boys that my wife and I have to cook for every night. We both are extremely busy with activities, work and life. Needless to say finding time have a sit down home cooked meal is not something that is easy to accomplish. It is however necessary from both a health standpoint and a family standpoint. Hence why I bought this book in the first place. Always on the look out for a books or products that will help you stay fit and active I found this book to be a steal on many different levels. 
    For one it is easy to follow, easy to read and easy to purchase ingredients for on a product standpoint. The recipes contained are delicious and I now somehow am whipping up some home cooked meals that all of us can enjoy. What else can be said other then simply amazing! We are all hooked on the Daniel Plan and can’t wait to see what author Karen Miller comes up with next.
