The great panther prowls in the darkness, seeking nothing more than a fruitful hunt. Out of nowhere, three odd looking black creatures with glowing red lines on their bodies and no faces surround her, growling like rabid beasts. She leaps at one, repeatedly biting its throat until it falls over dead. Dodging a blow to the head, she leaps at the next one, clawing it alive. It too, falls over dead. Before she can leap at the last one, though, it gives a piercing roar, causing her to flatten her ears and close her eyes, bracing herself to shut out the sound. The two beasts she had already killed rose again, fresh and strong as if nothing had ever happened. She tries to kill them all again, but the same thing happens. One of the beast's "hands," as they might be called, slammed down on her head. Before she knows what is happening, her vision swirls into darkness and she collapses to the ground, her eyes closed. The three beats mill around for a while, then one grips her hind leg and drags her off, still unconscious, to a different result here.
