Daring to Live on the Edge - a must own book!

This insightful and motivating book challenges Christians to live a life of faith in finances, and every area of their lives. Packed with uplifting stories and anecdotes, the message of godly character and relying on God permeates every page of this book, and inspires the reader to lean on God not but sight, but by faith in our Father. The message to trust in God because He cares for you, and allow Him to lead your everyday decisions, is uppermost from cover to cover.

I read this book to my 11 and 13 year-old's for Home Schooling. We all loved it, and found it applicable to our daily living, and have encouraged others to read it as well. We also supplied our Church Library with a copy so that others of our Congregation could read it and be blessed by it's Biblical contents.

You've never heard anything about money like this before.

If you think it's another preachy book about why you should give lots of money to the church -- well, you're wrong. As anyone who's worked with this organization knowns, this is a book (and an entrance to a life) that will 'ruin you for the ordinary.' Loren Cunningham, with armloads of true anecdotes, sets out from his own and his friends' experience a whole new way of looking at money. It will probably make more sense to you if you're a practicing Christian, although if you're kind of on the fence about the whole God thing, it will startle you quite a bit. Finally, if you couldn't care less about religion, this is a book that will seriously make you think. Five stars, not for the writing, but for the concepts.
