Taking the guy home to get fed, watered and clothed, Rayne discovers that there’s much more to Claude than meets the eye. After a little digging, Rayne realises she can help solve his mystery – but she’ll have to divulge her darkest secrets in the process. Familiar by Sommer Marsden
Sarah’s set to come into her witch powers at 25. Because as her mother once told her ‘… it’s 25 because you’re too stupid to have power before that. And 25 is still iffy.’ Since her parents are gone, Sarah’s inherited enough money to comfortably live on and her mother’s familiar, Cyrus, a red cat who’s been in her life for damn near ever. So when Sarah awakes to a handsome aroused man in her bed the night of her birthday – a birthday she sadly spends alone – she finds out why some witches resort to their familiars for damn near … everything.

Séance by Mary Borselino
In their downtime between tours, a pair of musicians rent an old country house to get away from it all. It’s a chance for them to do nothing but eat toasted cheese sandwiches, have lazy afternoon sex, and explore the grounds of the house they’re staying in. The chance discovery of the planchette from an Ouija board makes them realise they’re not quite as alone as they thought.

Come With Us by Landon Dixon
‘Where have all the young men gone?’ That’s the troubling question facing Colonel K, who desperately needs new recruits for the war effort. Captain Yannsen provides the shocking answer, when he staggers into the Colonel’s office and gasps a bizarre tale of “vampeters” – women who crave the seminal bodily fluids of men, for all of eternity.

Circle in the Sand by Elizabeth Coldwell
Spending a week cruising the Hebrides is Amy’s idea of holiday hell, throwing into disarray all her dreams of lazy days sunbathing and hot nights making love. But her faltering relationship with Aidan is changed forever by the discovery of a bottle buried in the sand on a remote island and the powerful love spell it contains within it...

Ghost With The Most by Lynn Lake:
The ghosts were gathering, for a spooky, bring-your-own-sheet Halloween party. And Barbara’s husband has just the costume for her: Cassandra the Slutty Ghost – a white sheet tight across the chest and tapered at the waist, short across the thighs, holes for her heavily-shadowed eyes and red-painted lips and silver hoop earrings, shiny, white, knee-high leather boots for her feet. It’s a costume sexy enough to arouse the dead, at the old red brick mansion built way back in the early 1900s for the skanky mistress of Lord Edmund Beaverton.

Flaws by K D Grace:
Love spells are the most dangerous kind of magic. Mick Denver learns the hard way when he enlists Sally Haddon, a witch who specialises in sex magic, to help him win the affections of his new co-worker, the exquisite and dangerous, Darlene.

Nymph by Kyoko Church:
Think vampires are sexy? Maybe if you’re in high school. Vampires feed off human blood. But then there are Nymphs. Nymphs feed off another kind of bodily fluid.
When Charlotte meets Ben the chemistry is instant and she knows there’s something different about him. More intense, erotic and alive. But when she finds there’s a certain oral act he seems reluctant to perform she wonders if she’s made a mistake. Maybe he isn’t for her. Then she finds out the reason why.
What Charlotte learns leads her into the most fiercely passionate and challenging sexual conundrum she’s ever experienced.

Skin Deep by Kat Black:
An expert in moving among humankind without revealing his true identity, our hunter is surprised to find his trap sprung by a feisty nightclub owner, who not only claims to know what he is, but dares to come between him and his chosen prey. With an insatiable Hunger to feed, he is left to appease his appetite on the interfering female at the same time as teaching her a deadly lesson, but for once, finds he has bitten off more than he can chew.

Airfield by James Hornby:

On this night she awakes with the thunder of phantom engines in her ears and the memory of her lover in her mind. To the airfield she will go and there she finds more than lost memories. She becomes an intruder of both time and innate pleasure.

Dancer in the Dark by Scarlett Blue
Our heroine is used to having her way with men, with a body eternally in its prime and the wisdom of centuries, and what better job for her than a sensual private dancer, where men are her playthings as well as her food. She sleeps all day and makes a fortune by night, feasting on whoever she pleases, with her sexy female submissive at her heels, until a strange man enters her world. Dusk fell as she walked up the path to the woods just outside town. She didn’t notice a dark-haired woman watching her from behind an old tree. Leah was immersed in her own thoughts when a cloaked figure suddenly appeared right in front of her.
‘Sorry?’ Leah cocked her head towards the tall, dark-haired woman. ‘What did you say?’ Leah was stunned when the face remained as still as glass but a voice spoke.
‘I didn’t say anything. Hush now, there’s no need to speak.’ The voice was as rich as velvet but as sheer as silk. It took Leah’s breath away and she obeyed and fell silent. Leah stared into the woman and was mesmerised by her wolf-like piercing eyes. She felt compelled to touch her and reached out a trembling hand.
‘Not now.’ The voice seemed to slap Leah’s hand away. ‘Come.’
Leah was in a strange state, she couldn’t think if she was dreaming or drugged but she knew that this beautiful and fearful creature had her under some sort of spell. She followed willingly, a heat rising in her lower belly counteracting the chill of the voice. The warmth spread as she felt a hand pressing in to her lower back urging her forward. She gasped and glanced behind her but nothing was there. The hooded woman never looked back.
‘Keep up,’ said the voice and the hand pressed more firmly. Leah thought she felt it slide lower and a flush of desire welled in her stomach. She let out a tiny murmur.
‘I said quiet!’ snapped the voice once more and the sensation of a second hand clamped over Leah’s lips. She breathed dramatically through her nose and kept her hands by her sides. She knew now that she would have to surrender to this being and it turned her on furiously. She pressed her thighs together as she walked trying to catch the fabric of her skirt between to give her some kind of friction. The ground was getting rocky as they made their way through the thickening trees and darkness and she tripped to the ground, grazing her knees on the gravelly path. As she struggled to get up, the hand at her back slid down and pushed on her buttocks until she was upright once more. It stayed there and Leah felt her arousal blaze as the fingers massaged her arse cheeks while she walked. She arched her back a little and exaggerated her swagger to show the hands she was enjoying it.
To her joy, the fingers began to knead her buttocks, squeezing her panties and skirt into her flesh. It was exhilarating and Leah shifted her gait to open her legs. The force kept rubbing and pressing and Leah’s pussy began to twitch in anticipation for a stray finger or two.
As the thought formed in her mind, the cloaked woman looked round with a wicked smile. The pressure of the hand on her mouth intensified and Leah tried to bite at it through her squashed lips. At once the figure flew at her and she was thrown backwards to a tree. She felt a chill to her soul as the woman pressed right up against her.
‘Behave,’ the voice hissed, ‘all in good time.’ But Leah caught the woman’s eyes flit to her chest. She breathed in to push her breasts higher forcing her stiffening nipples into her captor’s view.
It worked. Leah watched the wolf eyes drink her in. She felt the presence of another phantom hand rip her blouse open and tug her breast free from her bra. She watched her own nipple harden as it was rolled and tweaked by invisible fingers while the woman watched.
Leah began to sense a shift in power and opened her legs. The hand that had been working on her arse worked its way down the back of her leg to the hem of her skirt. Her skirt slowly slid up over her thighs and behind like a gentle lover would. Just as she was getting used to these tender caresses, the hand over her mouth released her long enough for Leah to catch her breath. She gulped in oxygen and let out an excited giggle. The hand gripped her at once under her jaw and pinned her by the neck to the tree. Leah’s own hands shot up to try and prise the digits apart but the strength was supernatural. She held on and suddenly the hand up under her skirt roughly grabbed her panties and ripped them off casting them to the ground. Leah felt hot and horny and opened her legs wider to expose her naked pussy to the night. It had the right effect and Leah stared at the woman staring at her.
‘What’s your name?’ she whispered as seductively as she could. She felt the warmth from her breath reach out to the white face of the woman and she seemed to suck in the vapour of the words.
‘Maudra.’ This time her eyes met Leah’s.
‘Show yourself to me.’ Leah was shocked by her own boldness and even more so when she saw Maudra’s delicate ethereal fingers toy with the golden catch of her cape.
The hand between Leah’s legs slowly and lusciously began to stroke and part her lips. Leah could imagine her moist juices glistening in the moonlight and it made her ache to be touched.
Maudra’s cape fell to the earth and there stood the most beautiful sight Leah had ever witnessed. Maudra’s flesh was as pale and luminous as moonlight itself and she was as poised as a ballerina. Her breasts were perfect and Leah’s mouth watered as she watched the tiny buds pucker, desperate to be touched. Leah felt the fingers at her pussy slowly begin to probe into her entrance. She began to twitch as her want started to pulse through her clit and engulf her pussy and arse. ‘Stroke yourself,’ she commanded and her eyes widened as Maudra slid her hands onto her abdomen and up, cupping both breasts and squeezing her nipples.

Lynn Lake’s fantasies could fill a book – and have (or, at least, parts of many, many books). Her imagination substitutes for a somewhat dreary existence in the middle of nowhere home to a particularly harsh climate. She’s a frustrated crime writer (few markets) and an unfulfilled SF author (no science background). Her erotic experiences, frankly, look better on paper, where she need not discriminate based on couplings, positionings, flogging devices, and/or binding materials. Rich, thick, wet ink spilling out of the golden nib of a finely-crafted fountain pen onto bright, white, textured paper is a form of ecstasy to her, free of STD’s.

She has a cat and an insatiable craving to express herself.

Inspiration comes from everywhere, everything, and everybody she meets or sees or visualizes, but mostly from her mind (very often early in the morning when she first wakes up). She doesn’t wait for the wet muse to tingle her in the appropriate places, however; oftentimes she just sits and stares at a blank piece of paper (Hilroy, lined, in a wire-bound notebook) until an idea strikes her and she pen-strokes it, first into a brief outline, and then into a full story (which usually goes through a, minimum, three-draft process). She’s fairly well-read and quite good at mimicking other styles, which helps in the whole process, as does her natural shyness.

K D Grace believes Freud was right. In the end, it really IS all about sex, well sex and love. And nobody’s happier about that than she, because otherwise, what would she write about?

When she’s not writing, K D is veg gardening or walking. She walks her stories, and she’s serious about it. She and her husband recently walked the Coast to Coast rout across England. For her, inspiration is directly proportionate to how quickly she wears out a pair of walking boots.

K D has erotica published with Xcite Books, Mammoth, Cleis Press, Black Lace, Erotic Review, Ravenous Romance, Scarlet Magazine, Sweetmeats Press and others.

K D’s critically acclaimed erotic romance novels include, The Initiation of Ms Holly, The Pet Shop, and her newly released paranormal erotic novel, Body Temperature and Rising, the first book of her Lakeland Heatwave trilogy, was listed as honorable mention on Violet Blue’s Top 12 Sex Books for 2011.

"This is the dungeon. Right now its kinda empty. When it gets later, a lot of the vamps and the shifters come here." The large room is full of black and red decorations with red and purple strobe lights flashing. Heavy metal music blasts from the stereo.
