Psychic ex-spy Mira Raiden's discovery of the tomb of an Atlantean king, is just the first piece in a puzzle that will launch her on a journey to find the Trinity--an ancient device with the power to remake the world.

But Mira is not alone in her search for the Trinity. good

I liked the story, but found the main character a little lacking. The sample did not portray her as a super soldier type who can apparently get out of any bad situation. Her training at the "farm" seems to have given her all the necessary skills to move the story along. Kind of like how a lot of adventure/thriller stories have ex-Navy Seals as main characters. Easy to explain away all of their awesome skills. But whatever. I didn't like how Ellis portrayed the detective as an incompetent idiot. It is possible to have a strong heroine and still have a strong complimentary male character. Overall, I liked the storyline and will read the next book.
