What a stunning closing book in the Black Creek trilogy! Author

What a stunning closing book in the Black Creek trilogy! Author R.T. Wolfe skillfully takes us into the lives and romance of Detective Nikki Savage and elusive artist Duncan Reed. While Book 2 was largely covering new ground plot-wise, Book 3 was content to go back and solve past mysteries introduced in Book 1. And the reader joyfully goes along for the ride because of the masterful way the story is told and all the loose ends are slowly, patiently, skillfully tied up. I love how they all three tie together, while I mourn that it’s over. These people feel like my friends, my family. Awesome work by the author in creating a satisfying romance, a nerve-gripping suspense and an intelligent crime solving in the course of 300 addicting pages!

Excellent third installment of the series. I won't spoil the plot twists for everyone, but well worth reading either as #3 or by itself. And there appears to be more to come. Well worth reading. Could not put it down.

RT WOLFE HAS HIT THE WRITING TRIFECTA! I LOVED BLACK CREEK B

RT WOLFE HAS HIT THE WRITING TRIFECTA!
I LOVED BLACK CREEK BURNING, and so I prepared myself for a little disappointment with FLYING IN SHADOWS, the second book in the series. I mean, no sequel ever really rivals the first. And yet I loved it, too! Now here’s DARK VENGEANCE, book three. There’s no way an author can hit it out of the park on her first three tries, right? WRONG! Compelling is the word for it. Absolutely compelling!!! And Duncan and Nickie steam the pages up so much I felt like I needed to read with a fire extinguisher at my side!
I tried to figure out how RT Wolfe did it and decided that her greatest gift wasn’t plotting or characterization— although she nails those, too—it’s her writing style. Clear and direct it pulls you in, while still managing to be descriptive. She does it all right! As a writer I’ve enjoyed reading everything that RT’s written, while at the same time seething with jealousy. As a reader do yourself a favor and buy this book. You’ll never want to leave Black Creek!

The characters in this third novel took a long time for me to follow. However, once the story line got a little less vague, it became more interesting. A great middle and ending.

    Good book

Here you get to know Nickie Savage, a detective, assigned to investigate the arson that is happening again to Brianna. Nickie and Duncan meet and romance begins. This is the third and final book in the Black Creek series.
But wait....all is not lost. Next begins the Savage series with Nickie and Duncan.

    The Blood Stone [Introduction]

For centuries, Vampires, Monsters, and Mortals have fought their way through the ruined cities. They tear each other apart, fighting claw and tooth, for every last scrap of food, or water, or shelter. But one thing can save the New Age. The Blood Stone. The ancient Stone, that is supposed to be a peace offering to the king of the New Age: Diablo. It is said that Diablo will use the Blood Stone to restore sections of the Earth, a power he cannot deem on his own, because of Christ. His throne is said to be made in The United States, for unknown reasons. But the people who bring him the Stone, will be set free from his torture, and they will live on untorn Earth, ith an unlimited supply of food, water, and of course, shelter... So what will these Vampires, Monsters, and Mortals do to get that Stone? Murder? Torture? There's no telling in the New Age...
P.S. Feel free to comment :D Of course the story will be much longer than this post is! Oh, yeah, also any names/descriptions for Vampires, Monsters, or Mortals [Humans], are appreciated! Next result for the continue of the story! Thanks for reading!
~A New Writer; MortalSalvation

    Dark Vngeance

I'll start by saying well written?? R.T. Wolfe has great plots but very poor writing skills. I found the book choppy and it jumps topics constantly. Duncan and Nickie are often disfunctional but seem to be compatible. I love Nathan and Brie. The ending seemed rushed and left many unexplaind questions. I'll continue to just to see how the relationship develops.

Note to author: If you are going to use military time use it consistantly and correctly, 11:00 p.m. is 2300 not 0-1100-hundred, it's 2100 (9:00 p.m.) not 0-2100- hundred. I feel that a good editor would have caught this.
