    Dash Diet for Dummies is a great resource for healthy eating, exercise ideas, and creating goals for the entire family.The book can be read in segments-go to info you need at the moment!  Icons are provided throughout book to instruct you on importance of ideas or to strictly give information.Book discuses importance of exercise and its value to your health and also provides helpful hints in order to achieve results.  All this and even provides delicious recipes to try..Highly recommend.  Lynn Littell ( Dallas, Tx.)
