    Challenging - No Web Site?

cout- The Book frequently refers to the Publisher's Web site, ALL of the Labratory assignments require files from the site in order to accomplish them... the problem is they do not list the website. I also find this text disjointed and difficult to follow in its explanation of subject material. endl;.
