Comprehensive and and informative for the intermediate and advan

Comprehensive and and informative for the intermediate and advance brewer.  This is a great read for anyone with an academic passion for beer.   Although it would be difficult for novices, this is a great introduction to the home brewing brewing process.
Personally, I only wish that there were more recipes and that they included malt extracts.  Using a whole grain bill for brewing can be expensive and time consuming for the novice home-brewer and it would have been fantastic to see some simpler alternatives. Other than that I really liked this book and would love to use it someday when I can afford the space and equipment to do all-grain mashing.
