Very good information, however, in some cases, would warrant a definition of a "day trip". There are, for examples, ideas for places in Indianapolis. We are a four-hour drive one-way from Indianapolis if you don't make any stops. For me and my husband, anything over a two-hour drive one-way warrants an overnight stay, if we plan to do and see anything of interest once we get to the destination. And yes, we are in the south suburbs of Chicago. How anyone can think of Indianapolis as a quick drive must be a speed demons. Otherwise, very good little book.
Nothing here that couldn't be found online, but worth buying to avoid having to search.
