    Bela at the Beginning

I think this is a better set than the later Acoustic Planet Bluegrass Sessions. The sense of newness and adventure makes many of these tracks shine. Although Fleck was even then a master of the banjo he was generous in sharing space in these cuts. Many acoustic music stalwarts like Jerry Douglas and David Grisman appear. This is sort of an late 70s - early 80s best of for Rounder. More Rounder music is showcased on Places.
