Meet the Author

Casey Daniels

Casey Daniels once applied for a job as a tour guide in a cemetery. She didn't get the job, but she did get the idea for the Pepper Martin mystery series. Casey learned to love mysteries early thanks to her father, a Cleveland Police detective who enjoyed Sherlock Holmes stories and spent his days off searching for stolen cars—with Casey along for the ride. Later, she read her way through every mystery on the library shelves. Casey has a degree in English and a background in journalism and teaching.

How much fun is this series? They don't last long on Mt Git'r'Re

How much fun is this series? They don't last long on Mt Git'r'Read when it gets there. I would love to be friends with Pepper Martin and my respect for her character grows with each book.
She's busy in this one with the restoration of a cemetary and finds out that there is going to be a reality show pitting two teams against each other showing their talents. One team is from Pepper's old life of privilege and Peppers' team is...um...not. And there's a ghost...one accused of murder and he wants Pepper to help clear his name.
It's a romp and well done.
