Overview

“Deadliest Animals of the World (30) Most Deadly Animals” gives an overview of some of the most deadly animals that can be found on Earth. It not only gives the name of the animal but also provides a bit of background as well. The aim the author has with this text is to inform and educate. It is specifically written for a younger audience but can also be read by an adult who simply wants to learn more.
The aim the author has is to provide the information on the world’s deadliest animals so that if one happens to encounter it they will know what to do. It is not a particularly long text but that is so because of the age group that the author is targeting.
It is a book that every parent should have in the home as a point of reference for their child. It is also beneficial for those who live in the areas that these animals can be found.
It has a simple yet effective outline that helps with the flow of the text. If you ever wanted to learn about some dangerous animals, this is a great book to start learning about it.

Meet the Author

Ever since he was a child Ken Hansen had a keen interest in animals and he made the decision that he would have a career that afforded him the opportunity to deal with animals in the future.
He did not end up working fully in the field but did manage to volunteer at his local zoo in his spare time and also spent a lot of time visiting as many zoos as he could around the world and taking part in expeditions.
Ken is aware that most persons know some of the typical deadly animals so in his book he sought to highlight not only those animals but some others as well that are not so common. The book is aimed more to provide information as opposed to anything else.
He has written the book in such a way that it is easy to understand and any child that is interested in learning about animals can read it with ease. He has ensured that it can serve as a great point of reference for children that are learning about deadly animals.
This can be considered to be the first in a series from Ken Hansen as he has lots to share on animals.
