—Fallen Angel Reviews

Safe . . . for now

For almost nine years Christian Bills has been hiding, but in that time she’s created a new life for herself with the help of the wealthy and powerful Kinncaid family. Now, dark secrets and an unforgettable nightmare from her past threaten to rip her safe world apart.

Devoted . . . but kept in the dark

Brayden Kinncaid has known Christian for years and only recently discovered his feelings for her go beyond friendship. But the changes in the once strong-willed woman are startling. Her haunted gray eyes and darting looks lead him to believe something is drastically wrong. No matter how hard he pushes her, she won’t confide in him. Brayden vows to discover what she is hiding—before it is too late.

She’s his angel . . . his love . . . his obsession . . .

Demented and sadistic, he’d once possessed her. And though she’s been gone nine long years, he knew she wasn’t dead, and now he’s finally found her. He knows everything about her. Everything she does. Where she works, where she lives. And he’s come back into her life to reclaim what’s his.

4.5 Stars

"This is an exceptionally well-written novel. It's Clark's third book about the lives of the compelling Kinncaid brothers, but it easily stands alone. The main characters are subtle and complex from page one, especially the particularly strong, emotionally full-ranged heroine. The dialogue is outstanding, and the pacing both realistic and highly suspenseful." --Marilyn Weigel, Romantic Times

“Ms. Clark has the uncanny ability to draw the reader into the story right away. She has you sitting on the edge of your seat, reading furiously to find out what happens next. The suspense resonates throughout the whole story. She writes wonderful four-dimensional characters that you can relate to. The villain is wonderfully written. Ms. Clark writes a fast-paced plot with plenty of action. This is an exciting, breathtaking ride.”

    Deadly Obsession by Jaycee Clark

Yes. After reading the other books in Jaycee Clark's 'Deadly' series, I finally got "Deadly Obsession". It's another spine-tingler that will have you shuddering and cringing from the twisted, psychotic villain and his obsession with the heroine.<BR/><BR/>Christian has made her home with the Kinncaid's for the last nine years. She still can't quite remember how she came to their home, but will be forever thankful that they offered her terrified younger self a safe haven and a family so much better than the one she fled. And now, as an adult, she and Brayden Kinncaid are finally facing the feelings that have grown between them. But just when Christian thinks her life is her own...she acquires a stalker. And it's not just any stalker, it's the one she fled from all those years ago. His message to 'his Angel'? 'You'll always be mine.'<BR/><BR/>I still get shivers writing that last sentence. I'll say again that Clark can write some of the scariest psychos you'll ever read about. Now I have to find out why the youngest Kinncaid brother's story hasn't been published yet. Cause it's one I want to read.

    Great Book

As I have said in other reviews of this series. You will not be disppointed in this book or series. The thing that I relly love was the family ties in this book. How a family sticks together and helps each other no matter what.

    Love those Kinncaids!

I love this series of books - adventure, danger, amazing handsome and manly men who have to be brothers! Each book gets better then the one before. Brayden &Christian's story was riveting & I can't wait to read Ian's. Try this series...you'll love them too.
