James W. Walker, Ph.D. is a leading consultant, speaker, and author on HR strategy and workforce management; former leader of The Walker Group HR consultancy; and former VP/ Director of Towers Perrin's HR planning consulting practice. He authored the award-winning text Human Resource Planning, coauthored The End of Mandatory Retirement, and founded the Human Resource Planning Society. Linda H.     Useless information, misleading title

    Nothing on "How to Manage." This is a total waste of money at $1.99 - basically written like a newspaper article introducing the concept of generations at work. There are better resources out there, this one is not very helpful.
