Meet the Author

Antonio Ramirez de Leon, PhD, D.Min., was born in Mexico City and holds advanced degrees in theology and educational psychology and doctorates in counseling education and supervision and in ministry. With more than 25 years of experience, Dr. Ramirez currently is a pastoral associate at St. Luke's Catholic Church in San Antonio, Texas, and is an adjunct professor in religious studies at Incarnate Word University and the Mexican American Catholic College. Since 1995, he has been a professional psychotherapist for children, adolescents, adults, and couples.
