This is yet another good installment in the Charles & Kate Sheridan series. The whole series is very well researched, but also engagingly written, so it's not dry. While each of these books can certainly stand on their own, it makes much more sense to read them in order so the back story makes sense and you can follow the character development. Great series!

Wonderful, easy reading....always a fun story line. This series may not be the most exciting ever written, but always entertaining and informative. Love Paige's writing style. If you enjoy historical fiction, you'll love the stories..Just be sure to start with the first book in the series.
