This is one of the best later Nero Wolfe novels. The story starts out with Archie finding the dead body of a night club dancer name Isabel Kerr who one of the regular series characters, Orrie Cather, has been seeing. The story deepens to a small group of suspects, blackmail, and excellent characters including one whom you will never, ever forget!! The plot is satisfying and I recommend you to read it!!
