The "Death of the Squire" was my second reading of Ms. Maureen Ash's "Templar Knight Mysteries" with the "Alehouse Murders" being the first. Like the "Alehouse Murders" this book was also extremely hard to put down once you began reading it. Each chapter drew you deeper and deeper into the book with the only disappointment being the arrival of the conclusion; not that the conclusion was disappointing, but rather I hated to see the story end.
