    Very useful book!

I bought this book with my boyfriend before moving into our house together. The pictures of interior rooms were very useful in figuring out what style of interior decorating we agree on. The book shows examples of room styles: serene, whimsical, traditional, romantic, etc. It also has chapters on specific rooms: kitchens, bathrooms, dens. It gives tips on using color, guidelines for furniture size, "rules" on sofa and table heights, picture hanging and such. The photos are crisp and beautiful. I highly recommend it!
