    Excellent

Great story. Actioned paced, never a dull minute. Great characters. I'd give it more stars but 5 is the max allowed.

I hope there's more books based on this group.

    Wonderful

Loved Fatal Boarding which should be read first and Deep Crossing. I would give more stars if that were possible for plot, characters and all around great stories. These books are 470 and 820 pages respectively and don't deserve to be free. They are that good. That being said, the following is for the author should he read his reviews although you might find it humorous. Dear author, you are a wonderfully creative writer with numerous spelling errors but what was the most amusing were the words that are spelled differently but sound the same. For instance, shear instead of sheer, insaitated (not a word) instead of sated, phased instead of fazed, raucous instead of ruckus, paring instead of pairing, torgued instead of torqued, leiu instead of loo, wholly mammoth instead of woolly and last, more deeper instead of more deep. Look these up and you will see how they mess up a sentence not to mention make you look silly. You are too talented for these errors too interrupt reading rhythm. Also, in your first book in this series, you mentioned being released on your own cognizance instead of REcognizance. Get a proof reader or three and please write more Adrian Tarn stories quickly.

    A great example of SciFi

I will admit there was nothing that I haven't seen or read before in this book. But the characters and the feelings where done so well that it felt fresh and rewarding. All around this book is a great read. My only problem was that I didn't know that there where sevral books before this one freaturing the main character and i would have liked to have read those firs.

This is a great read slow in small spaces,But well worth the read.

I took my time and read this book for entertainment. I found myself not wanting to put it down. As a result I missed a few things going on around the house and had to set aside the the book from time to time. I was in thralled with the presentation and fluidity. I am looking to more books from E.R. Mason. Maybe there is another in line with this one or is there the possibility of a series in the offing?

This is a fairly large book, and is a sequel to Fatal Crossing (which should be read first). It reads like it could have been split into two books itself, since there is a preliminary mission followed by a longer deep space mission. The entire book is very good, and the editing in this book is much better (not perfect, but the issues are noticeably fewer).

Good all around stories, interesting characters, lots of twists. Science portion ... hmmm no sign of relativity in this book. When you travel as far as they do at light speed and beyond, the people they leave behind should be dead and long gone when they return. But, then it wouldn't be a fun story.

    Excellent.

There were enough things going on that did not impact the plot that your are kept guessing. Plus there is none of the gratuitous (or otherwise) sex that just seems so out of place. And I found only one technical error in the entire book, a record low!
I look forward to his others.

    Great discovery

I'm a very picky sci fi reader and it takes a soecial author to get me hooked, but I thought after reading orevious reviews, I would give E. R. Mason a try, and I'm so glad I dud. The writing and story hooked ne right away, I found myself turning psges to get to know the characters, get drawn into the story, whereas more often than not I usually lose interest if this doesn't happen pretty quickly. I'm just not a patient reader (or person I guess!). I will read - and would buy - this author again, and will be looking forward to how many more books I can find. Great duscovery of someone I'd never read or even heard of before. Recommended!
