This program is part of Effective Learning Systems' LOVE TAPES series. It features two extremely powerful and effective guided meditation/hypnosis programs. It also includes two subliminal versions of the program. One with the sound of relaxing instrumental music with the words recorded subliminally beneath the music. The other subliminal version features the sound of ocean waves.
