Sean pens his book in simple and understanding ways that will help you improve your ability to defend yourself and be prepared if needed. Very well written in clear and basic terms that I found easy to follow and remember. Don't let the title confuse you, these techniques can be used on the living as well as the dead. This is one book that everyone, especially women should read.
