Prof. Dr. Alexander Roßnagel ist Universitätsprofessor für öffentliches Recht und Vizepräsident der Universität Kassel, dort Leiter der Projektgruppe verfassungs-verträgliche Technikgestaltung (provet) und Wissenschaftlicher Direktor des Instituts für Europäisches Medienrecht (EMR) in Saarbrücken.

Philip Laue, LL.M. ist als Rechtsanwalt in der Kölner Kanzlei Graf von Westphalen mit den Schwerpunkten Datenschutz, Signaturrecht und Recht der Informationstechnologien tätig.

Jan Peters arbeitete im Fraunhofer-Institut für Graphische Datenverarbeitung IGD als Systemarchitekt der Agentenplattform SeMoA und Projektleiter des Forschungsprojekts VESUV. Heute ist er als Security Architect bei der IBM Deutschland GmbH tätig.
