I wouldn't recommend it basically because it's not up todate on the new diabetic sugars or cooking methods. The first one of this book said it was 900+ pages but upon receiving it the pages only went to about 113 pages. And then I ordered the real book of of 959 pages and this time it had recipes but they weren't in order like a normal cookbook would be. I wouldn't recommend this to my other friends that are diabetic. If I could return the book I would as it is a waste of my time and engry to read this book.
I did try one or two of the recipes and they didn't taste very good it's like some of the ingredients were not there. I doctored one of the recipes to give it flavor because it just wasn't there. And a few of the steps to assembling the recipes just aren't there.
