I could not put any of the books in this series down! So glad to have them available for immediate purchase for my Nook. I read them one after another. Anxiously awaiting the next installment in this series which should be available any day now. My husband and 15 year old are also hooked. TC Southwell is an up and coming masterful writer young writer just beginning to hit the scene.

    Disappointed

The first two books in this series (Demon Lord and Dark God) are my favorite books OF ALL TIME. The first book was nearly 800 pages long with amazing detail and a capture-your-attention story line. Dark God also is a longer read with over 900 pages of words that steal your heart from beginning to end.
It did not take long to read either of those lengthy tales since I was not able to put them down!! Even as I read them a third time, the stories were not bland, confusing, or frustrating.
It took days for me to trudge through this book! It was like climbing up a mountain without air. Random characters with little significace, no straight-up story line, and frustrating to read. It ended without an ending and totaled to LESS THAN 200 PAGES!!! I have read books three times as long and they took less time to read than this book. Grey God truely frustrated me and did not give me much satisfaction in reading it.

    Wonderful read!

I read through the 900+ pages so fast it felt like a short story. Character development is superb, the story is engrossing, and the extent of detail Southwell uses is something most novels sorely lack. I highly recommend this series for anyone that likes this genre, and even for those who are looking for something a little different than your run of the mill fiction books.
