Full of spells, romance, goofy humor, and haunting supernatural sequences, this book has high appeal. Uncluttered panels and clean, bold illustrations heighten the story's drama.     This Priestess has spunk!
    Miko is a Shrine Maiden who is doing her best to become a strong Priestess and fight evil spirits like her father. She is a fun and willful character who although a little forgetful doesn’t complain when things go bad. Instead she does what she can to fix the problem. I like her fighting spirit and kind heart.
    It was really interesting to read about a shrine maiden as the heroine for once. She is also a very relatable character and isn’t too perfect or too flighty.
    Kagura is a demon who feeds of women’s passionate feelings and although annoyed by Miko at first soon starts to warm up to her. He is an interesting character who has a lot of different sides to him and I can’t wait to find out more about him and his past as the series progresses. I liked that he has a soft side, but still retains his own unique personality even if it does get on Miko’s nerves (more fun that way).
    All around this was a fun and exciting new series that I can’t wait to read more of!
    ART: The art was beautiful and showed the emotions of the characters very well I couldn’t get enough of the amazing drawings! I definitely give this artwork a 5/5

    I love Mayu Shinjo her stories are always fun and twisted with some devilish characters. Its hard not to like this manga with an incubus in it, especially one who is attractive as Kagura! The pictures are amazing, as usual, and the relationship between the main characters is funny. Honestly if you buy this you won't regret it!

    I have to admit that that beginning of this manga started out just a little to fast and straight forward, kinda stupid, but im glad i pulled through!! Very cute and funny and a twist ending to this volume!! i recomend this if your into Fantasy/Romance.

    Very impressed by this one.

    I'm a huge fan of Black bird. I've been searching for another series to fill the void. Demon love spell is a great story...you get action,romamce and comedy all in one. I cant wait for the next volume to come out.

    This manga is so funny and cute at the same time! The main character, Miko, she may be slightly annoying and stubborn at times but its all worth it in the end! Its such a cute manga!

    I LOVE this series!! I've been looking around for another great shojo series but I couldn't seem to find one until I came across this book when I was looking in the manga section of the story, and now I'm totally hooked! I love the main character Miko and the fact that she's quite relatable to myself and I love the perverted antics of Kagura, not to mention he's some serious eye candy for the book;) *cough* Anyway the story in my opinion is interesting and well written! and the art's beautiful:) Can't wait for the next book!
