I've been a Wiccan for 49+ years, and I have a minor in Christian theology, and have widely in folkore and comparative religion. This is one of the worst books I have ever read on the subject of magic. The editing is non-existent. There are sentence fragments and sentences where word are missing, leaving the reader to try and gues what words went where. Worst of all, the writer is fact-challenged. The error that made give up was when he stated that the Catholic church used the KJV. They don't because thatbtranslation is a Protrstant translation. If the author can't get something that bssic, I have my doubts about his research skils. I always believed books on the occult couldn't be worse than those by Montague Summers, but this author is definite candidate.
