Meet the Author
Blaise A. Aguirre is a board-certified psychiatrist and clinical instructor of psychiatry at Harvard University School of Medicine. He is the director of the Adolescent Dialectic Behavior Therapy Treatment Center at McLean. He has been a staff psychiatrist at McLean Hospital in Belmont, MA, since 2000, and has been recognized for his work in the treatment of mood and personality disorders in adolescents.

I live in it but it helps to have a happy place to forget the world once in a while mine is being under water or alone in the middle of a great big forest.
