What People Are Saying

John Irwin
"Depth of Field is . . . a brilliant first volume with a broad, coherent, and deeply moving design. . . . Suffice it to say that its author seems destined to be an important poet."
Joyce Carol Oates
"William Heyen is a remarkable poet. He writes with the wild, radiant, audacity of the visionary; yet his eye and ear are sharp, unsparing."
