    A must read

I purchased this book during my transition to a new job. Dondi pointed out strategies and guidelines that I followed and it helped me to redo my resume and get the job that I really want and not settle 'for just anything.' Thank you for all of the help, Dondi. Many men and women can benefit from your enlightening words.

The rough draft of this book was very enlightening to me since I experienced many of the problems women and men both experience in the workplace. These are outlined in the book and I know that I could have handeled them differently now and would have enjoyed my job even more.
