This book collects projects mostly by Australian designers who use traditional embroidery stitches with beads and sequins to quite lovely effect. Some have three-dimensional elements similar to stumpwork. Fashion designer King (Designer Techniques: Couture Tips for Home Sewing) presents design motifs stitched entirely of beads and sequins that may be added to one's clothing.
