A Wonderful Guide to Embracing Teamwork in the Creative Workplace Teamwork is always a challenge—especially in artistic endeavors. In Designing Together, Brown addresses the central issue of working as a team within the design community and stresses the importance of achieving results and resolving differences. Brown acknowledges that disagreements within creative work are inevitable but do not always need to be negative. Instead, he explains how to channel conflicting ideas and focus on the results instead of differences within the team. This book avoids relying on clichés and instead delivers insights with much clarity. Designing Together will help you reduce team-related stress in the workplace and harmonize conflict with coworkers to better achieve your collaborative goals. Another great title concerning creative conflict management and leadership is George Prince’s Practice of Creativity. Indispensible for those who work in creative fields!
