    Great series!

I read Desparate Times, then immediately read the 2nd one. Got my boss hooked on this series too. As soon as #3 came out I got it. Read all the prequels to this series too. This is a very timely series. It's scary because it could very well happen at any time. I think it would make a good movie. Nicholas Antinozzi is now one of my favorite writers. Planning on reading everything he has written. He makes you feel like you really know his characters.

    J

Julie and Bill almost made me quit this book before half way through...they were probably the most annoying, ridiculous characters in any book. They added nothing

I'm a Liberal and I enjoyed the whole series

The first thing that I have to say is Jimmy picks the most annoying women. Paula was an idiot and Julie, omg don't get me started. This book has a lot of political overtones, I would hazard to guess that it was written by a Tea Party member. With that being said, I purchased all 3 books in the series and thoroughly enjoyed them. The characters are endearing, the plot is great and the writing, while amaturish at times is not that horrible.
