This is not the book I was wanting to order and read but I was asked if I would read it and I said "Yes". I want to say I am glad I took her up on the offer to read this book to do a review on it. He is from Ohio my home state, so how could I go wrong.
With that said here goes my review of this great book.
I loved what Edward Teller wrote so much I wanted to write here for you to read the following: When you....step into darkness of the unknown, faith is knowing that one of two things shall happen: either you will be given something solid to stand on, or you will be taught how to fly.
We all doubt don't we? Of course we do about a lot of different things everyday. There's scientists which they can't believe a serious person could believe the bible, Buddhist-- was Michael wrong to believe they would go to hell if they didn't repent??????
Reading Michael thoughts of when he reads the Bible, his doubts and I too had the same doubts--- Wow glad I wasn't the only one. If you are that way and you doubt too like Michael and I then part 1 of this book is for you as it was for me. Fascinating for sure
Like Michael I felt the same way-- you read of Saints who have sacrificed everything to follow Christ-- so I too wonder if I am a Christian at best am I saved If not I pray God talks to me to get me on the right track and do what God wants me to do to changed my life.
This is a short read but a powerful read. There's 171 pages of information--there's discussion questions sources at the back of this wonderful book for help you and places to search.
I think this is a must have if you think someone isn't saved and have questions about the bibles Like the Saints that gave up everything to follow Christ. It is a nice little book.
I received this book free from Discovery House for an honest review. I was not required to write a positive review just an honest one. The opinions I have expressed are entirely my own and no one else's.
I gave this book a 5 Star.

The author is a seminary professor, and he has laid out this informative book in such a way that it can be easily read and understood. Written for believers who doubt--even a tiny bit--this study will strengthen faith.
As a believer who sometimes questions how to know the will of God, I especially enjoyed chapters 18 and 19: "Command" and "Call." Here, the author uses life lessons to illustrate biblical truths. I've never before had the answer explained quite so clearly.
This little book carries a ton of truth. I recommend it!
The book includes three study questions for each of the twenty-three chapters that I think would be useful in a small group setting.
Thank you to Anne Bauman at Discovery House Publishers for my copy.
