A tale worthy of its title!

I adored Destiny Redeemed¿the second installment in Gabrielle Bisset¿s Destined Ones series¿falling in love with the characters was effortless in this great paced book. I found myself now rooting for Amon Kalins whereas I wanted to strangle him in book #1, Stolen Destiny!

Jump on board in this journey of an Aeveren named Amon Kalins whose despicable acts in the past have landed him in Nil, a prison, where he is doomed to live out a meager existence for his remaining three lifetimes. With the determination of his faithful friends¿Gethen and Markku¿he is able to escape Nil but not without the need of a healer for his race. Even though Thea Forester was abducted to heal Amon Kalin¿s injuries, on first meeting him she did what she has spent lifetimes doing¿she begins to heal him¿without the knowledge of the order put out by the Council denying him such treatment from all Aeveren healers. It doesn¿t take long for them to realize they are destined for each other, but how can this possibly work with a ruthless bounty hunter hot on their trail? Double-crossing actions from a member of the Council and the Soren leader, one-time ally turned foe, don¿t make things any easier. Will Thea finally have what she has wanted throughout all her lifetimes, what she thought impossible due to the nature of her gift of healing, one destined to be hers? Will Amon¿s past no longer prevent him from having another destined for him? Will they be able to jump hurdles, avoid roadblocks and escape the bloodhounds in relentless pursuit?

Ms. Bisset was cleverly able to turn me from an Amon-hater to an Amon-lover!

    Superb and Creatively Written!

    Superb and Creatively Written!
Gabrielle Bisset you have woven a brilliant story that has changed my heart and attitude toward a criminally insane character. Wow! You took a selfish criminal character "Amon" from your first book that was put in Nil (Prison) for his abuse of time-travel power and manipulating situations for his own satisfaction and turn him into a hero and a renewed, humble, loving, giving, and sexy as hell man. I loved how you turned the perspectives around and made his actions somewhat justifiable as he learned from his mistakes and finally shows regret for his actions. Beautifully Done!
The writing was superb, creative, and visually addicting as the scenes came alive on the first page and I learned more about the creative worldly realms that co-exist. I went from not knowing what to think about this criminal Amon from the first book who I had in my mind I did not care for too much to feeling sadness for the man and then rooting him on throughout the whole story as he showed a different side of himself.
The characters connected beautifully and I thought Thea (Aeveren Healer) and Amon (Aeveren) were perfect for each other. Their erotic love scenes were perfect and so Hot! Your description for Amon's body is one that had my mouth drooling every time it got to him taking his clothes off - LOL.
This story was so full of action besides all the drama and kept my mind entertained throughout the whole book. I literally couldn't put the book down and was glued to every sentence as I anticipated what was going to happen next. I loved the ending and knew it was coming to an end but for some reason I looked up for a second and thought to myself "Man, I could really keep reading this story forever". I am definitely addicted to this series and can hardly wait to see who the author will write about next.
    Excellent Read!

    BRIEF SUMMARY
Amon has lived 47 lifetimes and is a powerful Aeveren. He's been sentenced to spend three lifetimes in Nil, a prison overseen by the Council. Amon has escaped and needs a healer. With the help of Thea, an Aeveren healer, whom Amon is strongly attracted, she will be face with danger for aiding Amon. He has to fight to save her as well as himself.

    THOUGHTS
Destiny Redeem was another wonderful and detailed story telling. The author has a very special way of incorporating more than romance to her stories. She gives you characters that you either love, or love to hate with an interesting twist. Before reading Destiny Redeem, I would advise the reader to read Stolen Destiny first. I think this book would be able to stand alone, but reading Stolen Destiny first would allow you to have a better experience while reading Destiny Redeem. You are able to get a better understanding of the Aeveren culture and the history of Amon. Reading the second book, the author knows how to make a bad boy good. Amon was a complete turnaround from the previous book. He was more vulnerable and a pleasure to read. Thea's opening scene was memorable; you can't come between a man and his sports, no matter what you do. As an Aeveren healer, she has lived 45 lifetimes without finding her destine one. Her chemistry with Amon was good and they both needed each other. The plot of the story that involves Thea's safety and Amon being an escape prisoner was exciting to read, as there is always a twist.

We were able to read nice supporting characters, mainly Grethen and Markku. They were definitely an interesting read. For me personally, the more I read about Markku the more appealing he became. I would love to see a story based around his character.

    Story: GOOD
    Intimacy: GOOD
    Enjoyment: GOOD

This book was beyond my expectations and deserves at least a 7.

This book was beyond my expectations and deserves at least a 7. This is the story I was yearning for when I first met Amon Kalins in Stolen Destiny. The story that unfolded in this book is one that I absolutely adored and is by far on the top of my favorites list.

Gabrielle Bisset is an amazing author, and definitely one of my favorites. She can pull you in with the way she tells a story and you can't help but feel like you are there. Her descriptions of the characters and places in the book allows you to fall in love every time.

This book will pull you in from the very beginning and you will find it impossible to put down. I definitely recommend this series and I know you will love it as much as I did. :)

The sexual chemistry between the characters was sensual and so very erotic. Gabrielle’s writing is very addicting.

I fell in love with Amon when reading Stolen Destiny (1st book in the Destined One series) I couldn’t wait to read his story. This book brings you emotion you wont want to miss out on. You will be taken on a wild ride with lots of twists.

Amon, the most powerful Aeveren, he has untold powers. He was just rescued from Nil a prison for Aeveren people. Badly injured and needing a healer his servant finds a woman to heal him. Amon is physically and emotionally damaged, He has a lot of regret over all he has done in his past life times. When he is at his weakest, he opens his eyes to see a beautiful woman standing before him and he knew things were going to be forever changed.

Athea, likes to be called Thea, is a feisty, beautiful Aeveren healer. She has lived life times without ever being blessed with a destined one. Brought against her will to heal a strange man who she soon finds out is a escaped prisoner. She realizes he needs her help so she starts to heal him.
That is what starts this sensual ride I loved so much. Thea was so strong throughout this whole book. I truly enjoyed Amon and Thea’s story.
The secondary characters in this book were unforgettable. Gabrielle writes her bad guys so well you will enjoy reading about them. I don’t think I can say enough good things about this book. It’s a must read!

Terrific follow up to Stolen Destiny! This is book two of &quo

Terrific follow up to Stolen Destiny!

This is book two of "The Destined Ones" series.

Absolutely wonderful author. Gabrielle has a terrific talent for writing and bringing you right into her stories. Although the Hero in this book did some evil things in his past lives and even some in his present life, my heart went out to him and I felt so sad for him. I believe that all he was looking for and needed was the love of good woman to help straighten him out.

I highly recommend ALL of Gabrielle's books to everyone - especially "Sons of Navarus" series... they are a 'MUST READ'!!
