His world, his people, his destiny,...and then there's Earth.
How far can it go?
Posted November 10, 2010
Destiny's Wildest Dream starts out with desperation experienced by a utopic society of people, who although nearly perfect and living in ideal conditions, find themselves on the brink of extinction. From there, we find ourselves in a mid-twentieth century setting on Earth where we are introduced to a man that fathers a young boy whose destiny is directly entwined with the doomed race, so far away from where he is both in life and location.
We follow the boy, Kevin Cade, as he faces a tragic situation forcing him to fend for himself, alienated from everything he's ever known and loved, now afraid and alone. As he learns to survive with an unlikely friend, he happens upon an unfamiliar setting that is directly linked to the man he will become and the role that was set in place for him to fill, long before he was even born.
As he becomes a man, we follow his adventures from meeting the woman that will become his wife, to using his uniquely acquired skills to save and protect her from certain death, as well as a prominent United States Senator; all the while uncovering how the two seperate circumstances are linked.
In the end, he is petitioned by the race of people introduced at the story's begining to come and assist them in fighting an invasion that means certain doom for their planet and people. We also find out what unknown secret relationship Cade shares with these people, and how they've paved the way for his coming centuries before his birth.
Destiny's Wildest Dream keeps you on the edge of your seat, stimulates intellectual readers, and leaves you thoroughly entertained and eagerly anticipating more by the story's end. Read and enjoy!
