    Misleading cover, but great issue

Poor detective comics... all these events have really really messed up the flow of this fantastic series. The story has nothing to do with the boy wonder, really this tale is about the war between the two Penguins. This issue continues this tale and changes the game. Batman's new foe is deadlier than ever and Oswald Cobblepot is in some major trouble.

Cover aside, this is another great issue in a great story arc. Hopefully the writer is now free of bat events and we can focus on the story he wants to tell.

    Slightly odd...

The cover is misleading. Yes this takes place after Robin's death in Batman Incorporated, yet it merely gets a mention making this a strange follow up. Other Bat-titles handled this better.
