The three previous journals are neatly put together with Journal IV giving evidence of conquering self-doubt and a lack of self-awareness, creating new goals with a healthy new mindset, keeping a clear path with vision through discipline, and finally, putting your plan in place. These are the four steps I followed when it came to writing, especially my first four books. I developed these journals through my own journey of healing, and it created a clear path of me timelining my behaviors and tracing them back to their roots. I have been able to conquer my demons and failures by creating a plan for my life through journaling. When we wrestle against ourselves, we are seeking for some answers that can only come from within. Writing out my thoughts and challenging my behaviors became a guide in helping me to get through some pretty tough times. Setting goals and reflecting takes courage put implementing them takes determination.
